A fine table of good colour and proportions. There are old marks and scratches throughout commensurate with age. The top end sections are detached and will need to have new screw holes drilled through the frieze into the underside of the leaves as the original holes are worn and now incapable of accepting screws. The tops have been detached in this way before and there are many old holes to the underside of both the leaves (at some stage the leaves must have been screwed to the base) and the end sections. The mechanism for clipping the leaves together has been replaced.
