A rare Queen Anne oak boarded mural cupboard early 18th century

of arched form, the hinged door enclosing a void interior

Good considering age and use of this attractive small cupboard. The front with attractive patina and wear. There are typical indents and marks. The small door catch is later. The bent plank that forms the carcass has a lot of old splitting and with some fragmenting. The left side has fragmented aperture. The back with shaped iron hanging hook at the surmount and with two later brass hanging mounts. The back also with a later applied pine baton with worm. The door has two later old pine batons on the reverse to secure a typical partial split in the door. Key lacking to old iron lock.
