36-cm engraved brass dial, engraved silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals signed Jan Van Leeuwenburgh Amsterdam, foliate pierced hands and subsidiary seconds, apertures for date, day, month, moonphase and for the painted hunting scene moving together with the Father Time automaton connected to the going train of the anchor movement with trip repeating rack Dutch half hour striking on alternating bells, alarm removed, burr walnut veneered case with shaped cornice above pierced frets surmounted by a giltwood atlas and two angels, break arch glazed door with brass capped columns, throughout adorned with marquetry of flowers, baskets and birds, canted trunk with long shaped door, curbed knees over canted corners raised on claw feet
