a frieze carved with scrolling foliage enclosing fantastic animals, above three abundantly carved caryatids and two doors with raised panels with foliate carved frieze drawers with fish beak handles, above two doors, all above two foliate carved plinth drawers, the sides with raised panels carved en suite

Condition

Left side and front doors with minor hairline cracks, right door to the reverse with restoration. Left caryatid with side crack due to dryness. The cabinet which incorporates earlier elements is in overall good condition but would benefit from wax polish. Attractive and recommendable cupboard.
