  • 22.5cm., 8¾in. diameter
the circular form painted and gilt with a scale band highlighted with turquoise and red dots beneath a folded rim, raised on a circular speading foot with folded rim



 



 

Condition

Glass in good condition, the raised central boss in the middle of bowl and foot has a crizzled area 35mm in diameter. The gilding has general wear throughout particularly on the borders either side of the scale band. The red and green enamels are in good condition with a small amount of bubbling, the top, middle and bottom bands of enamel appear to have been pale blue but are now almost completely missing.
