- red painted mark
- 23cm., 9in.high
of squat campana form, well painted in the manner of William `Quaker' Pegg, with a continuous frieze of flowers beneath a gilt gadroon moulded rim, the circular foot with gilt foliate scrolls
Condition
generally in good condition. There is a small area on one painted leaf where the enamel has flaked away, approx. 0.5cm. by 3mm. Some minor typical wear to the gilding particularly on the handles. Some light black specking to the on the underside of the rim.
