- crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, incised numerals
- 22cm., 8 ¾in.
each of oval form with flared sides, high oval foot, painted with panels of flowers against a trellis-moulded ground with gilt-edges, the inside of the bowl painted with sprigs and sprays of colourful flowers against a white ground
Condition
Both with minor wear to gilding throughout. On one foot the blue is quite badly fired with noticeable pitting throughout, this also occurs on the base of the bowl, the foot is also not attached centrally.
