Description

  • stencilled factory mark with eagle erased, gilder's mark 'MO 12 avl'and indistinct painter's mark PX [?} in red, incised turner's marks script T and dZ
  • 23.8cm., 9 3/8 in.
painted with a still-life of flowers on a ledge, the burnished gilt rim with a foliate band between pearl borders

Condition

Painting in good condition, tiny scratch to background to right of two rose buds at top, two more tiny scratches visible to left hand side, minor scratching to gilding, two pinhead sized areas of loss to gilt on rim at bottom.
