12-inch dial with wheatear border, double cherub and crown spandrels, signed Jno Walderton, Tiverton, matted centre with seconds dial, ringed winding holes and engraved calendar aperture, the movement with four ring-turned knopped pillars, rack striking on a bell, the later associated case with stepped top and moulded cornice above turned hood pilasters, rectangular trunk door, plain plinth and moulded base
