Description

  • 39cm. 15¼in. high
4½-inch enamel dial, bell striking movement No.1408 with lever escapement in octagonal simulated lapis lazuli case surmounted by a dove and flanked by white bisque figures in the Romantic style  with the Samson interlaced L mark on the undersides, the bow ended base inset with a pale blue and white panel at the front depicting putti engaged in various pursuits and further decorated with panels of simulated lapis lazuli
