The accompanying Extract form the Patek Philippe Archives confirms that this watch was manufactured in 1971 and sold on July 11th, 1972.

Reference 3445 was manufactured from 1961 until 1981. The second series of this reference started in 1970 with a slightly more modern dial and with a new serial range for the movement.
