- 213.5cm. high 7ft. high
12-inch dial with cherub and leaf spandrels, engraved wheat ear border to the chapter ring, signed Mart Ellwood, London, matted centre with triple crown calendar aperture, ringed winding holes and seconds dial, well pierced hands, the movement with five ring-turned knopped pillars, (one replaced), five wheel trains and outside count wheel, the case with flat top moulded cornice, hood pilasters, rectangular trunk door inset with a lenticle, the plinth with moulded apron, the whole decorated with seaweed marquetry within shaped strap work
