naturalistically cast seated with the right paw resting on a seperately cast pierced ball, the head with large bulbous eyes and jaws wide open baring a set of sharp teeth, the body finely inlaid with silver wire to delineate the fur and the back fitted with a detachable cover, carved and pierced rockwork wood stand
