of slender form with undulating sides flaring slightly at the top, the bottom composed of a band of craggy rocks dotted with delicate pine needles, carved to the sides with chrysanthemum blooms and buds issuing from the rocks, wood stand (2)

Condition

This is in good condition with minor discoloration to surface. Chenxiangmu or aloeswood pieces are traditionally made from smaller pieces of wood lacquered together. The various visible 'seams' should not be a considered as a condition problem.
