Description

the shallow dish in the form of a ruyi-head sprouting from a thick knotted bough issuing a small lingzhi head, naturalistically carved in relief to the interior with peanuts, a grasshopper, watermelon seeds, and a floral sprig

Condition

There is small filled in area on the left side (according to catalogue image) near the cricket 3/16 inches long, the right side with a tiny hole to the interior while the exterior is filled in. There are tiny age cracks to the ruyi head and scepter. It is in good overall condition.
