exquisitely painted with several indoor and outdoor erotic scenes, mounted as a single continuous handscroll

Condition

The scroll is in good overall condition and has been remounted. The original paper with creases and foxing throughout, with minor missing areas at the creases which do not detract from the painting. The colors of the painting are brighter than they appear in the catalogue. The group at the far left with one figure possibly unfinished, as she is without hair and has very pale features.
