Description

each incised and picked out in green and aubergine with two scaly dragons disputing a 'flaming pearl', the reverse with four detached clusters of grapes in similar colors, all reserved on a mustard-yellow ground, the base with a six-character mark in brown-black (2)

Condition

There is a speck of kiln grit on the inside circle rim of the dish that appears on the left in the catalogue. The dish on the right has minor firing flaws along the cavetto. There are expected scratches to the surface of both dishes, which are otherwise in good condition overall.
