painted with a continuous island landscape
Condition
The vase is in very good overall condition with the exception of a small frit to the lower edge of the rim; three short hairline firing lines to the inside edge of the foot; and minor glaze firing imperfections including burst glaze bubbles and iron-spot impurities. It should be noted that the enamels are both brighter and stronger than the catalogue illustration would suggest.
