of hexagonal baluster form brightly decorated around the exterior with panels featuring flowering chrysanthemums, peonies and prunus with insects, birds and butterflies hovering above them and reserved on a turquoise ground inlaid with an interlocking leiwen



 

Condition

One vase with some wear to the gilding. Small dent to the enamel on the centre of one panel. Minor areas of loss to the enamel along the raised edges particularly of the neck. Minor wear to the gilding on the neck and footrim of the second vase. Minor areas of loss to the enamel along the raised edges particularly of the neck.
