Description

of deep U-form, well painted in underglaze-blue with four flower baskets, one with a qilong, another with a phoenix incorporated into the design, all within lotus-petal shaped cartouches, reserved against a stylised floral ground of asters

Condition

The fish bowl is in good overall condition with the exception of a circa 7cm. wide five-pointed hairline star crack to the side of the body, minor glaze firing imperfections and glaze scratches.
