Description

of globular form rising from a short spreading foot to a broad short waisted neck with everted rim, covered overall with a creamy-white glaze suffused with a fine crackle and falling short of the base to reveal the pinkish-white body

Condition

Scattered pin-point imperfections to the glaze in the interior of the jar. Glaze on the body crackled, in particular in the upper section. Scattered burst glaze bubbles to the shoulder. Minor scratching to one area of the body. Colour of the glaze of a slightly more creamish tone than in the illustration. Overall good condition.
