Condition

Please note that both panels are warped with a slight convex curve--that is. edges curl back from center (framing is secure and takes this into account) SURFACE: both works are in good condition; (I): still life with bird's nest--there is a small repaired, vertical crack in wood, about 1 in. long which starts at lower edge, right (well to the left of signature); (II): other still life has repaired vertical crack from bottom edge to top (well repaired--can see a smooth groove--doesn't interfere with aesthetic look of work at all) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: (I) Aside from inpainting all along the repaired vertical crack along the center of work and some minor strokes along the edges--this work is clean; (II) scattered dots and dabs on a few flowers--lower part of blossom on red flower on top is strengthened, as is upper part of bird's nest; a few strokes along the edges
