Condition

A well carved example of this rare figure. Colour is slightly less yellow than catalogue illustration suggests. The piece has typical minor cracks in places, such as to the left side of her face and to her back. One or two further cracks to the ivory base and down her left side. There are traces of old glue visible around the soles of her sandals. Face with traces of a later applied finish. Mounted on a later black plastic socle. Please note that this lot contains ivory which may be subject to export and import restrictions. For example, ivory cannot be imported into the United States.
