A decorative piece of good overall appearance. The patina is richer and the contrast greater than the catalogue illustration suggests. This may indicate that it has been re-patinated. There is a `V' shaped crack to her left forearm and two further cracks to her right wrist. There are some traces of old glue in this area. There are signs of wear to the base where her foot is attached but this is not unsightly.There are some old marks and scratches to the base consistent with age and use. Please note that this lot contains ivory which may be subject to export and import restrictions. For example, ivory cannot be imported into the United States.
