- impressed 'LR' seal
- 19.5cm. diam.;
- 17¾in.
stoneware, the speckled pale grey ground with faint traces of pale turquoise, with 'knitted' radiating lines in dark brown and gold within a 'dribbled' rim
Condition
A handsome piece. The rim is very slightly out of true although this is not immediately obvious. The spotted decoration is stronger on one side of the exterior than the other. The ground is of a very pale turquoise tone which cannot be seen from the catalogue illustration.
