ebonised wood, the rectangular glass top above a gilt tooled green leather writing inset, the three frieze drawers above twin angular supports, each with unusual folio compartments accessed by a hinged door, on brass plinths
Condition
A decorative piece of good overall appearance. With a later glass top. Minor old marks and scratches overall consistent with age and use. The piece has been re-ebonised relatively recently. Green leather top appears to be original with very minor scuffing and creasing in places. Of good structural condition. With three keys, each marked 'Made in Italy'. A striking and practical piece of good overall appearance and ready for use.
