Condition

dial in reasonable condition, chapter ring a little tarnished, arched sector around the moonphase with some cracks and dents, movement in working order but might benefit from a clean, seatboard lacking a part of the back (broken off along the grain), seatboard supports lacking the pieces that were under them but the movement fits, is of the period and therefore no reason to think of a marriage of case and movement, case recently cleaned and restored, swan neck pediment probably had brass rosettes which are now lacking just as the finials on the corners, the panels below the swan neck are now with wood ( one piece lacking) but probably had reverse glass painted panels, tops of columns flanking the hood with small imperfections, lock of the trunk door replaced, base panel with two minor cracks along the grain, feet lacking, together with a pendulum and two weights, no winder
