14-cm enamel chapter ring with Arabic numerals signed Joseph Hofbauer in Wien and engine turned gilt centre, anchor movement with silk suspended pendulum and trip repeating rack quarter striking on two gongs, parcel gilt case surmounted by a foliate pierced cresting with trailing garlands, supported by an urn shaped stem

Condition

chapter ring with several hairline cracks and a few scratches, movement in working order but might benefit from a clean, stopwork removed, case in good original condition, the gilding slightly rubbed causing the red ground to come through but nothing disturbing, together with a pendulum
