  • valance: 400cm. long
including a chasuble with a very fine orphrey worked in gilt metal thread with the half figures of the Madonna and Child, St. Barbara and St. John the Evangelist; a red velvet pouch worked in silver thread on both sides with an armorial shield within Regence ornament; a valance, probably Ottoman, 18th century; also including a large number of fragments and six pillows

Condition

Chasuble: loose stitches/needlework, some small tears, the upper front and back part of red fabric worn. Several pillows and velvet panels are discoloured, have some staines and taires, the overall lot is in reasonable good, but aged condition. This lot is sold as seen
