Description

  • 345gr., 17.3cm.
raised on four ball feet, the oval body pierced and engraved with geometrical patterns, applied with garlands and ribbon-tied medallions with double portraits, beaded rim, the interior devided into four pieces, the center mounted by a ribbed ball finial, fully marked below, including 1795 control mark for Rotterdam

Condition

Maker's mark damaged with scratches other marks clear, no repairs visible, most probably is the ribbed knop in the centre an replacement, overall good basket.
