Catalogue Note

a rare set of peter pan memorabilia.

A volume entitled Peter Pan's ABC was published with illustrations in colour by Flora White by Hodder and Stoughton in approximately 1914. It is assumed that this set of twenty cards originates from around that date. A set of these cards was not, apparently, deposited in the British Library as a legal deposit copy for the British Library set (see RF.2005.b.8) was purchased (with no date on their stamp).
