  • 4to, limited to 260 copies of which this is one of 250 on paper, printed in red, blue and black, ornamental woodcut borders and initials, inserted note (dated "Dec. 28th, 1896.") tipped-in, original holland-backed boards, corners very slightly rubbed
The first Kelmscott book to be printed in three colours. Loosely inserted is a note from Morris and Company sending "the leaflet to Laudes Beatae as desired". This is presumably the inserted note now tipped-in.
