Catalogue Note

Published in a total edition of 200 copies in April 1916. This copy matches the Wade 114 description exactly:  it has the Spare illustration, 24 unnumbered pages, a colophon with a red head in profile and a note "This Edition/ is printed on Hand-Made Paper/ manufactured by/ F. J. HEAD & CO./ 21 Gr. Russell St./LONDON W.C." It has the Errata printed on the inside of the back cover  (six lines in black).
