4to (288 x 200mm.), 140 leaves (of 142, without first and last blanks), double column, 40 lines and headline, Gothic letter, initials supplied in red or blue, paragraph marks and initial-strokes in red, nineteenth-century blind-stamped calf, some light soiling in a few margins, binding rubbed, spine torn at head
