Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is richer and the background has more pink undertones in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a small rub mark with associated paint loss on the right figure's head. There is a diagonal rub mark approximately 16cm long towards the centre of the bottom left quadrant probably inherent to the artist's working process. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
