Condition
Colours: (i) The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the third strip of colour tends moe towards a deep plum and the green strip tends more towards an acid apple in the original.
(ii) The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.
Condition: (i) This work is in very good condition. There is wear to all four corner tips with associated paint loss. There are handling marks along all four edges of the frame with additional assosicated paint loss.
(ii) This work is in good condition. Attached securely to the backing board in all four corners. There is minor wear to all four corners. There is slight undualtion to the photograph. There is a superficial layer of dust behing the glass. There is a light crease approximately 3cm. long towards the centre of the left edge. There are light superficial scratches throughout and tiny creases along the top and bottom right edges visible in a raking light.
