Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the aluminium foil is shiny and reflective in the original and the celotex beneath is warmer in tonality in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The surface is distressed throughout in keeping with the artist's working process. There is a small spot of adhesive residue towards the centre of the left hand edge and a further spot at the centre of the composition. The foil is scratched and appears matt in several areas throughout the composition, particularly to the right hand half of the work, in keeping with the artist's style and choice of media. There are several finger prints to the suface of the work, particularly at the edges and probably as a result of the manner of production. All other imperfections and texturing are intrinsic to the work.
