Condition

Colours: The colours are fairly accurate although the neon lights are much brighter and more luminous in the original in keeping with the nature of the lighting. The tonality of the 'Dolce' element is more acid green in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition and in full working order. There is a light layering of dust to the neon at the recesses of the sculpture and several spots of surface dirt at intervals to all of the neon tubes. There is an extremely fine and stable crack at the extreme end of the blue neon tube, visible only under very close inspection. There are very small inscriptions to the tubes, inherent to the artist's working process. There is some residue that has accumualted at the corners of the neon tubes.
