Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustrations are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the originals. Condition: (i) This work is in very good condition. Executed on white wove paper with deckled edges, the work is securely hinged to the backing board in several places on the reverse. There are several handling marks throughout, notably to the left edge and bottom third of the composition, probably inherent to the artist's working process. (ii) This work is in very good condition. Executed on white wove paper with slightly deckled edges, the work is securely hinged to the backing board in several places on the reverse. There are several handling marks throughout the sheet, most notably along the left edge and bottom third of the sheet, probably inherent to the artist's working process. (iii) This work is in very good condition. Executed on white wove paper with deckled edges, the work is securely hinged to the backing board in several places on the reverse. There are a few faint handling marks in places along the bottom edge.
