Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and much richer in the original, with the green tending more towards a rich sea green and the red tending more towards a deep cherry red.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. Executed on white wove paper and securely attached to the backing board in several places on the reverse. There are several artist's pin holes in all four corner tips. There are two tiny specs of paint loss; one towards the upper right corner and one towards the bottom right corner. There are fine rub marks in several places towards the right edge. All visible only upon close inspection.
