Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are several faint rub marks to the left hand side of the composition, notably towards the top centre. There is a further rub mark towards the centre top edge of the right hand quadrant. There are several small water marks to the left of the top left figure's nose. There are faint folding marks towards the centre of the composition and across the two top figures, intrinsic to the nature of the material used. There is a small area of dirt at the bottom edge of the lower right hand corner. There are several very small media marks at the bottom edge towards the lower left corner. There is a vertical folding crease along the central axis of the work.
