Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is much warmer and brighter in the actual work. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are some stable tiny drying cracks in places throughout the composition, most notably in the lower left quadrant. There are four tiny specks of paint loss to the horizontal thigh of the character's leg. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
