Condition
Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is brighter with the white tending more towards pure white and the browns more towards burgundy in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals a light white media accretion to the centre of the top right hand quadrant. There is a minute spot of media loss to the tip of the top left hand corner and one to the left section of the extreme bottom edge. There is a further spot of media loss towards the centre of the extreme left hand edge. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
