Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant, with the orange tending more toward luminous red in the original work. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is some minor wear scattered in places along the four extreme edges of the board as well as to the tip of the bottom right and top left corners. A light media accretion is visible on the top extreme edge, right above the sixth square in from the left corner. There is a small rub mark, perceptible in the catalogue illustration, in the blue horizontal line located three squares in and six squares up from the bottom right corner. All of the above is only visible upon very close inspection and there is no sign of any retouching when examined under ultraviolet light.
