Condition
Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are a few very fine and stable horizontal hairline cracks in places throughout the composition, predominantly to the central left section of the work. There is a very light handling mark in all four corners. There are two extremely light rub marks towards the centre of the top edge which are only visible upon close inspection. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
