Condition
Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustrations, although the overall tonality is more vibrant in the originals.
Condition: Each work is in very good condition and is securely hinged to a backing board in the top two corners. There is a tiny artist's pinhole in each corner of each sheet and a few very light, unobtrusive handling creases and finger marks scattered in places throughout. The edges of the sheets are slightly uneven in places which is original to their execution.
(i) There is a small paper tear to the right hand edge, adjacent to the figure's ear. There are a few very small tears in places along the extreme left hand edge.
(iii) There is a minute paper tear to the upper centre of the extreme right hand edge and a minute spot of paper lifting to the extreme right hand edge adjacent to the text in the bottom right hand corner.
(v)There are a few very faint media stains and light handling creases scattered in places throughout the composition.
