Condition

Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the paper tone tends more towards beige-cream, and the blue on the right side more to steel blue in the original. Condition: The work is in very good condition and is securely hinged to the mount at intervals along the top edge. There is some light undulation to the sheet, in particular to the upper and right extreme edges. There are a few pale foxmarks around the edges to the sheet. There is a small piece of material adhering to the surface just above the lower edge, to the left of the centre. An artist's pinhole is visible to the top right corner. There is a very small patch of extremely light paper skinning to the bottom edge, left of centre, likely to be original to the work's execution.
