Condition

Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is slightly lighter, the dark brown on the wooden hand tending more towards yellow-brown in the original. Condition: The work is in very good condition. In raking light there are a few spots of wear to the top layer of varnish on the wooden block. Some superficial dust and dirt have collected in the crevices of the hand and are adhering in places to the surface of the block.
