Condition
Colours:
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is slighter richer and deeper, the colours of the door tending more towards a rich and varied earthy rust-brown in the original.
Condition (as viewed in the catalogue):
The work is in good condition. The work has been exposed to the elements outside resulting in minor oxidisation, corrosion and surface dirt throughout, particularly to the recessed panels (visible in the catalogue illustration). There are scattered media acccretions (some visible in the catalogue illustration to the lower part of the work), rub marks and light surface scratches throughout.
