Colours:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the variety of textures throughout the composition implicit in the original.
Condition:
The work is in very good condition. There is faint undulation and creasing throughout the acetate sheets, in particular to the four corners where the work is attached to the backing board.There are six minor tears to the extreme edges: one to the right of the apex of the diamond, two to the top part of the right edge, one towards the top of the lower right edge, another to the bottom corner and one to the left of the apex. Two further short tears are visible to the centre-right part of the composition. There are artist's pinholes to the right and left corners of the diamond. There are two tape marks to the bottom corner and to the right corner.
